What kinds of projects are a good fit?
I work mainly with founders, entrepreneurs and small businesses facing a digital decision. That might be a new idea, a platform that needs work, a hosting problem or a business that needs a clearer route online.
Do you advise or implement?
Both. Some projects need an outside view and a plan. Others need someone to lead the build, manage hosting or stay involved month to month.
Can you work with my existing team?
Yes. I can work alongside the people you already trust, or bring in a specialist when a gap appears. You still deal with me as the responsible lead.
How does the free first conversation work?

How do you price the work?
I quote each project after I understand its scope and the responsibility involved. The engagement can be a defined project or ongoing monthly support.
Who actually does the work?
You hire me directly and I remain responsible for the result, even when I bring another specialist into the project. Confidentiality agreements are available from the first conversation, before you share anything sensitive.
